2. Description of Service
SiteWorker is a workforce accountability and reputation marketplace that connects skilled trades workers with employers. Our platform provides GPS-verified attendance tracking, reputation scoring, assignment management, and workforce dashboards.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Worker Responsibilities
Workers agree to provide accurate clock-in and clock-out records, follow all job site safety requirements, maintain current certifications as required by their assignments, and conduct themselves professionally on all job sites.
5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions and requirements, maintain safe working conditions, process payments in accordance with agreed terms, and provide fair and honest worker reviews.
6. Reputation & Good Standing
SiteWorker calculates reputation scores based on attendance, safety compliance, reviews, and other performance metrics. These scores are visible to employers on the platform. Workers may dispute inaccurate data through our escalation process.
7. Limitation of Liability
SiteWorker is a marketplace platform and is not the employer of workers listed on the platform. We do not guarantee employment, payment terms, or workplace conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
